Serving Rockford
Drive time from our Grand Rapids base: roughly 20 minutes north on US-131. Rockford, Belmont, and Cannonsburg are a short run for us, and we are up here on a regular schedule through the fall.
Most Rockford homes are a straightforward roofline done right. Not every job needs to be an estate project. A clean, evenly spaced, warm-white run along the main roofline and garage - cut to fit, hung level, with no sagging spans and no visible cords - beats an elaborate plan installed badly. That is the bulk of what we do here, and it is the fastest way to make a house look genuinely good rather than decorated.
Cut to your house, not to a box. Every strand is measured and cut to your runs, which is why the spacing is even and the ends land where they should. It is also why year two is easy: your set already fits.
No holes, no staples. All-clip attachment on shingle, gutter, and fascia.
Family properties and bigger lots. Plenty of Rockford and Cannonsburg properties have acreage, outbuildings, and mature trees. Those go in the plan the same as the house - pole barns, detached garages, tree uplighting, drive accents.
Takedown and storage included. January into February, labeled and stored at our facility.

Permanent lighting in Rockford
The permanent argument in Rockford is mostly about the ladder and the calendar. It is dark by 5pm from November to February and it snows a lot. A permanent LED roofline means the house looks finished all winter, and it means no one is doing a January takedown in the cold - ever again.
The other thing Rockford families like about permanent: it is not just a Christmas system. Orange for Halloween, red white and blue for the Fourth, green on St. Patrick's Day, school colors for a game or a graduation party. It gets used all year, which is a large part of why it stops feeling like a holiday expense.
